Through research and insight, Allan helps leaders understand the identity shifts needed to unlock their next level of impact. His work sits at the intersection of leadership, performance psychology, and personal evolution.
Allan holds an MBA from the University of Gloucestershire in England and is currently a doctoral student in Strategic Leadership with a concentration in executive coaching at Oral Roberts University. He challenges the idea that success comes from working harder, arguing instead that lasting breakthroughs come from redefining who you are becoming.
